Subject: Default Stop Points Set to 125 on Initial Power-Up
Equipment Affected: SRU Boards – Included in Controllers and Shipped to Pre-Wire Manufacturers

Issue Summary

Smartrise has received reports indicating that SRU boards were arriving with stop points set to 125 by default.

Cause

For a period of time, SRU boards shipped both with controllers and directly to Pre-Wire manufacturers were not defaulted at the Smartrise production facility prior to shipping.

Solution (Tech Tip)

To resolve this quickly in the field:

• Perform a Dip 1A “Default All” on the SRU boards immediately after initial power-up.

• This will reset the SRU boards to the correct factory default stop points.
